There is no need to worry about, or try to find the time to sort out the resource and building consents that are needed. We will do it all for you, leaving you spare time to start looking at the finer details such as your new kitchen and furnishings, however we can even help with those.

Our architectural plans can also incorporate green building design" if you desire as we are members of the New Zealand Green Building Council (NZGBC), and that means that the building will be environmentally and ecologically sustainable.
